Due to unforeseen circumstances, effective immediately, our contract with RX Sense/SingleCare, has been terminated.

We received this information from RXSense/SingleCare at 4pm EST today (2/23/2024). We needed to pass this along to you immediately, our family.

This termination includes all payments, meaning the last payment they made to us, which was on February 11th, 2024. There is absolutely nothing we can do from this point on regarding RX Sense/SingleCare and the pharmacy discount card associated with them.

Again, there is nothing we can do from this point on. RX Sense/SingleCare will not be paying us for any claims that have been processed.
